A charming set of 4 Vintage French napkins dating from the early 1900's.  ~*~  This set is a lovely cotton damask made of a lovely soft, white fabric.  There is a large EF monogram, hand stitched in white in the center of each napkin. The damask pattern is checkered across the whole surface, with a smaller check pattern for the border.  The tone of the cloth is a charming aged off-white. ~*~ Ideal for the holidays and special occasions! ~*~ ~*~  ( 515 )  

MEASUREMENTS : Each of these wonderful napkins measures approximately 21.5 inches by 26.5 inches  ~ There is some small size variation in the group, but very close indeed. ~*~  

CONDITION : These napkins are in as found, not freshly laundered condition.  One napkin has some tiny stains and a pale mark, and two other napkins have a few tiny speckled marks, these marks could perhaps be bleached, but they may not wash out.  Generally in lovely, very sturdy condition, condition reflected in the price. ~*~  

These textiles make lovely hand towels, guest towels, napkins, table runners and accents, they can be seamed together to make curtains, patchwork quilts, pillows. I like to use a selection of different towels as napkins to create a charming look at any table~*~ They are just in time for Christmas and would look spectacular decorating a Christmas table, or lovely to wrap baked treats in as gifts~*~ ~*~
