This listing is for a gorgeous Doulton Lambeth Art Pottery 3-handled loving cup, artist signed, c. 1895. This unusually large loving cup is decorated with beautiful mottled grey-blue bands below the upper rim and above the base with curving, ribbed matching handles. The center body is decorated with hand painted teal blue and white flowers and deep green leaves and vines on a tan basket weave textured background. The interior has the same tan coloration as used on the exterior decoration. The exterior has a lovely glazed finish. The pottery is well marked on the base with the Doulton trademark stamp used from 1891-1902, artist initial's of Lizzie M. Daintree, date code for 1895, "Patent, England" and other assorted incised marks and numbers.
Measures 7 1/2" high with a maximum width of 7 3/4", a top diameter of 5 5/8" and base diameter of 3 5/8". Weighs 2.5 pounds.
This nice loving cup is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws.
