Dispatch Times

All our goods are shipped on the same day if payment is received before 12:30pm (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). You will receive email confirmation when the goods are dispatched. Emails are sent through eBay so please ensure your email spam filters are set to allow all eBay messages.

Postal Services

We ship all items on a 48Hr service as standard. Small items and items under the value of £35 are sent by Royal Mail 48 and larger items or over the value of £35 by UK Mail 48 courier service (tracked). All orders can be upgraded to a 24Hr service in the expedited shipping section within eBay at a cost of £0.60 inc VAT

Postage Surcharges

Shipping is to UK destinations only. Most areas are free of charge, however there may be a premium for shipping to the postcodes shown below if the item is shipped with the UK Mail courier service.

Delayed Items

Once your goods leave us, no matter how hard we have worked to dispatch your item on time we are at the mercy of the relevant courier service and on occasion items do not arrive on the ebay estimated arrival day shown at the time of your purchase.

If you have not received your item within 5 working days then please let us know. It allows us to check our despatch logs. If the item was sent by UK Mail we can check the tracking and identify the reason for the delay. If the item was sent with Royal Mail we have to wait 5 working days from the date of dispatch before we can ask Royal Mail to trace the lost package.

Returns

Items can be returned for any reason up to 30 calendar days from the date you received it.

Any item you are not happy with, whether it's a quality issue, not as described or is damaged, these items can be returned free of charge using ebay returns.
If you have simply changed your mind you can still return the item using ebay returns for a full refund but all we ask is that you pay for the return postage.

For any return please enclose a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with a brief explanation for the return.

Once we receive your item your payment will be refunded in full.

The terms and conditions below govern the sale of goods from Bluestar Packaging Supplies Ltd ("the Company") to you ("the Customer").

1 Price and Ordering

1.1 The price payable for the goods is set out on the ebay listing at the time the Customer places their order.

1.2 When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that the Company has received the Customer's order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between the Customer and the Company. The Company will indicate acceptance of the Customer's order, and hence a contract between the Customer and the Company, when the Company sends the Customer an invoice. The Company has included this term to protect against a mistake in pricing, where the Company has inadvertently under-priced or over-priced goods, or the Company is no longer able to supply a particular product for whatever  reason.

1.3 In the case of a change of price, the Company will always contact the Customer first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

1.4 Similarly, if the product is no longer available the Company will seek to offer the Customer a suitable alternative.

1.5 The Company only accepts Paypal as a valid method of payment

1.6  Items will be paid for at the point of order. In the event that items have to be backordered or are not available the Customer will be given the option to cancel the order. If the Customer cancels the order they will not be charged.

2 Orders Received

2.1 All orders received before 12:30pm will be processed and despatched on the same day subject to stock availability. We do not process any orders placed during weekends, Bank Holidays until the following working day. Orders placed after 12:30pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

3 Stock Shortgages

3.1 Bluestar Packaging Supplies work very hard to manage all our stock levels to meet demand. If in the unlikely event of a stock shortage we will contact you to notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as possible.

5 VAT

5.1 All orders have VAT included at the prevailing rate.

8 Liability

8.4 The Company under no circumstances will be liable to the Customer for any loss of profits, additional costs, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any defect in goods supplied. The Company's liability will be restricted to the value of goods returned found to be defective on inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 The Company does not disclose the Customers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment process. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

9.2 Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of the Customers shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store the Customer details.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 The Company shall have no liability to the Customer for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to the goods supplied or delivered caused by any event or circumstance beyond the Company's reasonable control.

12. General

12.1 The validity, legality or enforceability of any part of these terms and conditions will be unaffected by the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any individual part of these term and conditions.

12.2 The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
