Shipping

A valid phone number is required on the order for the shipping company as they do not attempt delivery until a delivery appointment is set via phone. Free liftgate shipping to residential or business curbside delivery to 48 states. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and usually ship within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. If the rare chance of your item being placed on back order happens, we will notify you. This usually only requires an additional 2-3 days to process. We strongly recommend NOT scheduling your installation until your equipment is delivered so the order can be verified and inspected for damage. We use reputable freight companies to ship our product, we do not own the shipping company so any rare delays are out of our control.

You must be present to accept delivery and inspect your equipment. Count the items and check for any damages by removing the boxes as sometimes damage is not obvious. If you are missing an item or see damage, write this on the paper work for the driver. Be as specific as possible. Damages must be reported within 24 hours. If your shipment is compromised or crushed, refuse the delivery. In either case, please reach out to us immediately so we can help resolve the issue. The situations are time sensitive and need to be taken care of quickly. We only ship out product replacements when the order was refused for damages at the time of delivery. If you have signed your delivery receipt, but later discover your equipment is damaged, you will need to contact the freight LTL company terminal to report the damages to the claims deptartment and provide them with your shipment tracking number to file a claim for damages or shortages.

IWAE is an authorized dealer and can help customers with processing warranties for items when requested. The warranty is as stated from the manufacture. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and returning the warrantied item. The cost of the warrantied part is covered under the warranty.

Returns

Our return policy is as follows: Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. If a customer orders the wrong product or chooses to return it before use there will be a 15% restocking fee. Sales on electric items such as circuit boards are final and no returns will be honored. Items that have been installed, unless faulty with the exceptions listed above, are not returnable. The return period is only valid for 30 days after the unit was shipped.
