ANTIQUE MINIATURE NINE PATCH QUILT 1300+  HAND STITCH PIECES WITH MAKER NOTE 1898.  The quilt measures 74" by 64". Has a light cotton batting. This quilts was made by a 16 year old in the year 1898 according to the tag attached. The tag and makers name passed to the new owner. this is an Ohio quilt. Muskingum ct.   The quilt was hand pieced. It is hand quilted at 6 stitches per inch . The materials are all cotton, I see just one little 1/2" tear near the binding on the front, in the front material only.  Add this great quilt to your collection today.  This is the condition we like to find them in.
