The Process:
After initiation payment of $20, you will receive the shipping label for your media.
Your media will be evaluated and recovery processes started immediately after receiving it in our lab.
We will continuously update you with recovery progress.
When all your data is recovered, you will receive the file-list for approval, and final invoice of $679.
Recovered data will be shipped to your address.

Packaging & Shipping instructions:
Please follow the packaging instructions below:
1. Place the drive in a ESD (Electro Static Discharge) bag.
2. Wrap the bag with 2 inches of bubble wrap or a non-movable foam cushioning
3. Place in sturdy cardboard box. Do not use chipboard, as it is not strong enough to withstand the rigors of transit. Please make sure the corrugated carton is free from defects and is structurally sound.
When shipping multiple items each item must be packed as above. The hard drives must not directly touch each other and cannot move inside the packaging. All products must be, packed in individual anti-static bags and in a sturdy cardboard box. DO NOT USE packing material that can shift or settle during transit.
Please include in your package: a list of most critical files that need to be recovered and all the details about your drive's failure.
