Shipping is free within USA and $5 worldwide via USPS first class mail service. It will be mailed as pictured without any accessories. 

Lens filter has been used, but it is in good condition. I don't see any scratches. But coating has been rubbed off. it seems that damage was done by rubbing the filter. I would rate glass at 6 out of 10.  Filter is fully operational and function as intended.
