This listing is for a lovely English Sterling Silver cigarette case made by Walker & Hall, c. 1920. The case is decorated with an attractive engine turned design on both the top and bottom. The interior of the case has a gold wash and an elastic strap on one side to keep cigarettes in place. The interior is marked with English hallmarks for Sheffield, Sterling, date code for 1920 and maker's initials for Walker & Hall. The opening tab also bears the Sterling Silver hallmark. 
 
Measures 3/8" high, 4 1/8" long and 3 1/4" wide (not including opening tab). Weighs 165 grams.
 
This nice silver cigarette case is in very good to excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws and reflecting only minimal signs of normal wear on both the exterior and gilded interior. The hinge is tight and the case opens and closes securely.
