    Rollers & Venetians Maintenance Tips
    • Roller Blinds

      Care:

      Vacuum regularly with a soft upholstery attachment. Spot clean with a damp white cloth on a flat surface using warm water. If required, use a delicate detergent or pure dissolved soap flakes. Test in as inconspicuous spot before cleaning. Do not iron.

      Tip: change the rolled-up position of fabric regularly to decrease memory folds forming in the fabric.

    • Venetian Blinds

      Care:

      Vacuum regularly with a soft upholstery attachment. Dust or wipe with a soft microfiber cloth or a damp white cloth and make sure to wipe them dry as well. Wipe from one side of the blind to the other in one clean sweep.

      If you need to remove grease and grime, try using white vinegar mixed with water on a damp white cloth.

    • Your product will be delivered via courier or Australia Post, depending on your location.
    • To minimise delays, please provide any special delivery instructions along with your information.
    • Courier companies will not call prior to delivery to confirm delivery times. If you are not at the address to collect your product, a calling card will be left. If you agree to have your order left and not signed for, you will be responsible for your product once it has been delivered.
    • If any product is returned to us for any reason, without being delivered, you will be required to cover the cost of new delivery charges before your product is dispatched again.​

    RETURNS POLICY

    • Your items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    • The items must be in its original packaging and be in resalable condition, and the tax invoice must be presented.
    • If you choose to ship your items back, please ensure you include your invoice and the reason for return along with the items, so the store is aware of your order.
    • Once the store has received the items, they will do a refund which can take up to 7 days to process.
    • For an exchange not of equal value a refund will need to be submitted, and then you can repurchase the goods of choice.
    • Shipping fee will not be refunded for change of mind refunds.
    • If you chose to ship your package back to the store, it will be at your own cost.

    • The blanket must be retuned in all its packaging – cardboard insert and plastic covers.
    • The blanket must not smell, is not dirty and has no human or animal hair on it.

    • The quilt cover must not have been opened at all.
    • The quilt cover must be returned in all the packaging – cardboard insert, plastic covers and with both pillowcases.
    • The coverlet must not smell, be dirty of have any human or animal hair on it.

     Reveal or Face Fix

     Reveal – This is when you require your blind to fit inside the window recess.

     Face – This is when you require your blind to be mounted on the outside of the window architrave.

     Handy Hints

    • Always use a steel tape
    • Take all your measurements in millimetres (mm) to the nearest mm.
    • When measuring, always look out for things like window and door handles, tiles, storm bars, moulded architraves and take their position into account if necessary.
    • Pleasenote the side you wish the controls to be on.
    • Make no deductions, exact measurements only.

     

    3 STEPS TO FACE FIX MEASUREMENT:

     

    1. Measure the width from outside of the architrave to the other side.
    2. Measure the height from the top of the outside of architrave to the bottom outside of the architrave, or floor.  Record down the measurement.
    3. Always record the width then the height measurement.
    4. If you have no architraves measure the opening size and make a note on your form so the sales staff can discuss this with you.

    3 STEPS TO REVEAL FIX MEASUREMENT:

    1. Measure the width of the recess from edge to edge in three places as shown.  Note down the shortest measurement – this is the one we’ll use.
    2. Measure the height by taking the measurement from the top edge to bottom edge in three places as shown. Record the shortest measurement.
    3. Always record the width then the height measurement.

    *We advise that you recheck your measurements to ensure accuracy.

    WARRANTY CLAIMS

    We will meet all obligations set out by the Australian Consumer Laws; these include but are not limited to:

     

    • Repair /replacement of goods that are deemed faulty by manufacture

    • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    We are proud to offer a 2-year warranty period from the purchase date on our products; this warranty does not include:

    • Any variation in wood grain, wood stain or slight warping that may occur in any type of wood /timber
