1. The item should be paid in 7 days after the auction was closed, or an unpaid item case may be opened by ebay.

2. The item shall be dispatched to your ebay address. Please make sure that your ebay address is correct before the payment.

1. For all the orders, the items will be dispatched in a working day(except the weekends and the holidays) if there is no payment or address problem. As our shipping company doesn't work on weekends, the delivery for the orders on weekends or holidays may delay.

2. Normally the delivery takes 3-7 working days (UK Stock) It depends on the post service you chose and your location(remote areas may need longer time to dispatch). Sometimes, the delivery service maybe not as advertised but use an equivalent on instead.

1. We offer 30 days return guarantee for items since the payment date. If you are  dissatisfied with the item, you can return it for the retufun or replace it.

2. The buyer should take responsibility for return postage of the wrong orders(including wrong sizes, colours, and lengths).

3. Please get contact with us first to get the return address and RMA number if there is any item need to be returned. The no contacting return cannot be handled and will not be acceptable.
