We are both cloth merchants and wholesalers that have access to various mills, companies, craftsman and trades personal associates with the cloth/fabric industries.

We have direct access to many cloth mills that craft these luxurious fabrics. Sterling Cloth have access to many fabrics that are not easily available on the net at a very competitive price.

Delivery

Shipping within the United Kingdom costs £7.99 via UPS Next Day Service.

We aim to dispatch the item(s) within 1-3 working days. All item(s) are provided with a tracking number.

We use Royal Mail and UPS to ship our item(s) internationally.

Our standard shipping (usually single items are under 2 KGs (gross)) to Europe is £15.99 and to the rest of the world is £25.99 via Royal Mail International tracked and signed.

If you purchase more than 1 item, combine shipping will only be offered when paying for multiple items. We can use specific couriers upon request (additional charges may apply) or use the buyers shipping account to ship the item(s) when agreed in advanced.

Returns

Please contact us at first instance if there is anything wrong with the item(s).

We accept returns within 14 working days (under Ebay's policy).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item(s) is faulty. All item(s) go through a 3-point check system.

Buyers will be liable for any charges and costs for returning the item(s) back to the seller so we highly recommend the buyer uses trackable courier as the buyer is responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us.

Buyer must ensure the item(s) is returned the way it was packed and sent to the seller in a resalable condition. Any cuts or adjustments to the lengths will be not be eligible for full refund. If returned, 15% could be deducted if the item(s) was cut to a custom length.
