I'v brought these beautiful, high quality mugs and coasters sets, one can buy only in Cambridge. The inner blue colour seen on image depends on light condition but actually it is turquoise.
It is an original product, that was available in Cambridge. Images are permanently painted, they won't disappear after dishwashing!
It will be packed in an extra strong case for extra safety to get to you in a whole piece.

DELIVERY COST
Delivery charge for 1 piece is default for European countries. A national postal service is default but you can change it. Delivery cost depends on a country, a carrier and delivery method (insurance,tracking).I do not want to make costs on delivery and want to be flexible for a recipient. I can arrange any carrier, so please be aware you may be asked for an extra payment. Usually it is a refund if you order more quantity. For more details please ask.
SHIPPING
I know ceramics is fragile. I got an experience working for a big international company gave me ideas how to deal with these kind of goods to be despatched to get to a customer safely allover the world. For an extra care, to protect goods shipping to far countries for shipping for an extra cost (around 5 Euros) I can use wooden (plywood) box and a proper amount of cardboards and other stuff, red labels for extra care. The mug will resist accidental dropping, should even survive throwing into a van what is unfortunately often practice, even in big companies.
Each piece is examined for quality.
RETURNS
Iam worry if you are able to pack this item and return it in a wholepiece. Buy if you are not happy or change your mind, you have 30 days(from the day you get it) to return it at your cost. Please mind,your parcel will go a long journey and it is your responsibility toprotect the item to get your money back unless you ship it insured.
