The ad has a photo of an American Express Gold Executive credit card. Also shown is a silhouette of the Statue of Liberty  

Ad text starts “Two beautiful Americans. One French. One Addressograph” and goes on about the Addressograph system for making the credit cards and for tracking credit card transactions.  

This ad is full page, approx. 7” x 10”, carefully removed from an actual 1970 magazine.
