• It has a stand up collar that stands up just enough to look great, but not enough to be uncomfortable!
  
• The sleeves are gathered and puffy at the top and the end of them is gathered into a cuff with 4 working buttons.
  
• The blouse buttons down the front and is trimmed with lace on the front of the blouse, down the sleeve and at the cuffs.  The back has a yoke and is gathered slightly in the middle for comfort and ease.
