DigeZyme® is an innovative multi-enzyme DigeZyme® complex. It consists of GMO-free enzymes with a broad spectrum of activity, including amylase, protease and lipase, obtained during the fermentation of Aspergillus oryze. These enzymes break down carbohydrates, proteins, fats and all three are resistant to gastric juices retaining their digestive activity. DigeZyme has also been subjected to clinical evaluation for increased absorption of minerals and vitamins.
Bromelain: it is a cysteine protease, a plant enzyme (proteolytic) that destroys peptide bonds. Due to a number of properties, it is used in dietary supplements in many nutritional models and recommended to people with low active lifestyle.
Papain: is also a plant enzyme from the protease sub-class, obtained from the milk of green fruit and the leaves of the Carica Papaya. Ripe, sweet fruits of the cultivated variety not only enrich the diet, but also show a number of positive actions.
Betaine is an organic chemical compound that belongs to the large group betaine. TMG is a derivative of glycine - the simplest protein amino acid that fits into the group of 20 standard protein amino acids. Betaine perfectly dissolves in water and in the stomach resembles hydrochloric acid (HCL). Hydrochloric acid (HCL) in the stomach is naturally produced and used to digest foods if the stomach is working properly. Hydrochloric acid is one of the most important factors that determines how much our body absorbs nutrients from food that we eat every day.
LactoWise® is a probiotic-prebiotic compilation called a synbiotic. Bacteria Bacillus Coagulans vieble spore contained in it can be stored at room temperature. Glactomannan is a prebiotic fiber. It is a fraction of soluble fiber derived from dietary fiber from Fenugreek seed.
LactoSpore® is a modern probiotic Lactobacillus Sporogenes (also known as Bacillus coagulans vieble spore) resistant to high temperatures. It is a microencapsulated probe with enteric effect, confirmed by many (up to 567) clinical trials.

About digestive enzymes:
Digestive enzymes are a group of enzymes secreted in the digestive system, most of them hydrolases (hydrolytic enzymes), which catalyze the breakdown of more complex compounds to simpler ones (with the participation of water). In all heterotrophs (heterotrophic organisms) digestion processes are similar and share the same or very similar groups of enzymes that are produced by specialized digestive glands. Enzymes participate in virtually any process occurring in our body. Three basic nutrients in food, ie carbohydrates, proteins and fats, are absorbed by the human body only after breaking down into smaller digestible particles. The digestive process begins in the oral cavity where salivary amylases injected with saliva begin to break down complex sugars, such as vegetable starch, into smaller molecules. Then the food is transferred to the stomach, where it is subjected to enzymatic treatment by a protein digesting enzyme, called pepsin, which is secreted by specialized stomach cells called the main cells. Then, thanks to peristaltic movements of the gastrointestinal tract, the stomach contents are transported to the small intestine. There, the pancreatic juice together with the bile secreted from the liver via the gall bladder facilitate the further digestion of sugars, proteins and - what is important - fats. Suitable enzymes, i.e. pancreatic amylase, carboxypeptidase and lipases, are provided with pancreatic juice. Pancreatic lipase hydrolyses fats to free fatty acids, which under the influence of bile salts are transformed into micelles, i.e. the form of dietary fats, which is absorbed by the cells of the gastrointestinal tract.
Although you cannot really see how the gastrointestinal system works, the amount of digestive juices and enzymes produced is impressive. For example, the average daily saliva production is from 1 to 1.2 liters. It's just enough saliva each day to initiate the process of digestion. The number of juices and digestive fluids produced by the gastrointestinal tract is equally impressive to sustain the whole process.
