SHIPPING POLICY
We do everything in our power to get your order processed and shipped in the shortest time frame possible. Most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days except for back ordered items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped. If you would like to check inventory or estimated shipping date please contact us via e-mail.
We offer free shipping for most of our products to most locations in Australia. However, some regional/ remote areas and oversized items have a required freight surcharge. We will contact customer if the item needs extra postage. Shipping charges will be applied on checkout. For items marked as 'Freight', please contact us to confirm postage before purchasing.
The majority of our couriers we use will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless the item is being shipped through Australia Post. Please ensure a full address is entered to ensure fastest delivery. If an item is not accepted by Australia Post, we will have to contact you to organise an alternate address which will delay the delivery process.
PAYMENT
Payments are required within 7 working days after you confirmed your purchase.

RETURNS
We accept within 30 days if buyer purchased the item and wants a refund or Exchange.
Returned item must be its original package and brand new condition.
All returns must be approved by our customer service, we will arrange replacement/spare parts or accept your return request.
Shipping cost is not refundable.
Or if it is FREE postage listing, a restocking fee of 20% of the item purchase will be charged.
Parts are covered with a 12 month warranty provided by the manufacturer and applies to all parts sold, unless otherwise stated at the time in the listing description. Buyer are responsible for the both way shipping fees to exchange product.
