From a set of 200 that features 1991 All-Stars along with Draft pics, playoff highlights and Team USA cards. This was originally packaged in a replica of the Toronto SkyDome, site of the 1991 All Star game.

The cards have 1991 All-Star or 1991 Draft Pick on the front and a 1991 copyright date but not released until 1992.
