Oasis® Floral products are one of the best in the industry which is why we use them for all our handmade tributes.
Size of the letters approx 11inches tall - these are standard sizes used by all florists.
Frame sizes are 2ft, 3ft, 4ft, 5ft, 6ft and 7ft for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 letters.
The Naylorbase frame is very sturdy allowing you to create your floral designs in any design that you prefer whilst keep the flowers well hydrated. The frames are easy to work and letters can be attached to the frame very easy using the clips attached to them.
Wet foam is used on the frame with a waterproof plastic base. When soaked they become heavy to keep them in place.
Select the letters you require and add to basket. Then select the appropriate sized frame for the letters(e.g. for 7 letters please choose a 7 letter frame)
Please select the different letters required and do not select a large quantity of one letter and then message to state which letters are required as this will cause confusion upon picking.
All our items are dispatched via DPD/Royal Mail/ParcelForce24 the SAME day if ordered before 1pm and delivered the NEXT working day (i.e. ordered Monday before 1pm, dispatched Monday, received Tuesday).

We strive to get all items sent to you as quickly as possibly as we know some orders can be time precious. Delivery time slots will be allocated by the courier and you will be informed of this via your mobile phone number or email address that you have provided whilst placing the order. A time slot will be given to make it easier for you to be able to accept your order.
Order before 1pm on any working day and we will dispatch your order the same working day and you will receive your item the following working day for FREE on MOST items (e.g. order Monday by 1pm, dispatched Monday, received Tuesday).

We allow returns of our standard items within 30 days of delivery to you.
If an item is faulty or not as described then we will accept the return and also pay for the postage costs. If you have changed your mind (don't worry we all do!), you can send your item back but we ask that you do so using a secure and tracked delivery service. We will refund you the cost of the item excluding the delivery cost as soon as we receive the item back in its original condition.
When sending an item back to us, please include your full name and address and contact us prior to returning the item.
