Wonderful early 1800's Vichy with gorgeous unevenly faded red and pink tones!  Amazing condition for it's age and size!!! This is a gorgeous large pieced panel perfect for many projects!  ~ Vichy is an area outside of Paris that produced this gorgeous fabric that became known as Vichy check. Vichy check was the primary furnishing fabric of the late 1700's and early 1800's.  The colors of this piece of Vichy check are beautiful aged pink, red and white tones.  This panel is made up of 7 smaller panels that have been seamed together, so there are many seams on this length. ~*~ STUNNING ~ This panel is in wonderful condition, with the exception of some minor flaws (please see condition below) and would be lovely for timeworn projects such as curtains, pillows, light upholstery , lampshades, wall hanging, table cover etc. ~*~ ~*~ ~ . ~*~ ( 662 )
