HOW TO APPLY:
1. Apply 1st coat of Phoera magnetic Eyeliner/Gel as your regular eyeliner, and let it dry for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Add a 2nd coat for better results
3. Please allow 3 to 5 minutes to become completely dry.
4. Starting with the inner corner, gently hold lashes to eye. Lash will jump to the magnetic liner. Place the rest of the lash on liner.
Please follow the instructions to get good results.
For Liquid Magnetic Eyeliner , Shake before use for best application.
