This is an antique envelope that has been sent to a Michael Pope Esq of London.
It has a one penny postage stamp stuck to it.
HO/OH.
It has a frank mark on the stamp, one from Launceston dated Jan 7th and one from London dated Jan 8th 1872.
In collectable condition as shown.
