Express Delivery: The delivery item is normally 1 business day excluding circumstance that no body’s available to receive the parcel when courier tries to deliver the parcel and the courier will try to deliver the parcel the next day. We highly recommend you to message us when you choose Next day delivery. We will send you the tracking number so that you can watch out for your parcel.

3. Additional Postage for Remote Area
Most of our products are covered with free postage; Yet there are remote areas delivery to which extra postage is required and we will list the postcode clearly on the page for EXTRA POSTAGE.

4. Notes
The shipping is out of our control. Please kindly inform us if you have not received the parcel after 7 days of clear payment sent.
Once the parcel was confirmed as lost by the post office/couriers, we will resend you the item. We will not be responsible for any lost parcel due to the wrong address given by buyer and buyer should pay for the shipping fee of re-sending the item.

As to wrong item being sent, item can be returned for exchange or for full refund. We will be responsible for all the return postage. Please provide us pictures of the package including the barcode and package list and the item prior the return
In the unlikely case that item is faulty on the receipt, we will send out the required parts ASAP to fix the problem. If the faulty item cannot be repaired, item can be returned for replacement or for full refund within 14 days of receipt.
If there is any quality problem with the item covered by warranty, but the issued is raised after 30 days of receipt, we will send out any required parts freely to repair the item or item can be returned for replacement if it fails to be repaired (Warranty doesn't apply on accessories like carbon brush and spark plug)

a) Please confirm the return address and RMA number with us before you send back the item. (We may request photographs of the package which including the barcode, package list and the item prior of return before processing any damage claims).
b) We accept Economy Delivery only returning the item. Buyers must provide tracking number and receipt of the returned parcel for us.
c) All non-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% of restocking fee and buyers need to be responsible for the returned postage.
d) Goods must be returned in original condition with original packaging. If the returned item is damaged upon receiving, we have the right to give refund based on the damaged condition.
