I would rate it at 9 on a scale form 1 to 10.    

 Cosmetic condition: This lens has some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. Glass not scratched. It does not have any dust or haze or fungus inside. Glass looks very nice, very bright and clean, it looks near mint.  But lens front rim is bent little bit. Rim is not threaded so it has no affect on lenses performance. 

Lens comes with both end caps. No other accessories are included in this auction. Please look at the picture above.
