- I grade my cards with a very strict eye for condition. I would rather you buy a card that arrives in better condition than you expect than be disappointed in the condition of the card. As a testament to that promise, you can look at my feedback as well as know that I have not had to accept a return or issue a refund in over 10,000 successful transactions because a buyer was unsatisfied with their purchase. I am extremely proud of that.
- I believe in delivering your purchase to you at a reasonable shipping and handling rate. I don't believe in selling a card for pennies and charging dollars for shipping. That is a policy that I as a buyer myself find to be misleading on the part of sellers and I will not use that "business strategy" as a way to make greater profits.
