* All items are original and authentic. We don't sell knockoffs or imitations. I trust my supplier for about 10 years now with excellent feedback from customers concerning the quality and service.

* We are not able to guarantee any special (batch) numbers or specific item photos as the inventory is very revolving and the physical items are stored in the warehouse ready to ship.

* On rare cases the listing image may not 100% reflect the actual item. We restock the latest versions /packaging /formulas of the fragrances by the brands (not vintage) sourced regularly from manufacturers.

Payment:

*  Payments via PayPal accepted.

* All Payments must be received within 2 days of closing sale.

Shipping and Estimate Time of Delivery:

* Most shipments are processed within 1-2 business days  [Mon-Fri].

* All orders are carefully shipped from our warehouses in New York. All U.S. orders are free shipped and sent via USPS. Packages are normally delivered within 4-7 business days. We ship to all states including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Military Addresses and P.O Boxes.

* International orders are traceable and typically arrive within about 10-20 business days (depending on mail traffic, custom clearance and the season).

Customs and Duties:

* With few international destinations we may contact the customer to charge for the prepaid VAT/GST fees if Applicable. Prepayment can help expedite the delivery time.

* If any Import duties or taxes are charged by destination country authorities, they are the buyer's responsibility. Shipments can't be marked as a "Gift" or false values.

Cancelation and Returns:

* Once an order is placed I will (in most cases) not be able to cancel your order. Process is automated. Please make you order carefully.

* Please see our "Return Policy". It's a general term that the item cannot be returned if it was already used or opened. Contact for RMA number for return.
