This is a c1920s vintage R.S.P.C.A.For Valuable Services Rendered silver&enamel pin badge.It has what looks like a London silver hallmark for 1928 and it has been engraved with the name E.M.Fane.It is in an excellent condition and measures 3.3cm long x 2.9cm wide.
