Introduction:

A follow focus is a focus control mechanism used in film and video cameras. It is ergonomic rather than strictly necessary; in other words it does not contribute to the basic functionality of a camera but instead allows the operator to be more efficient and precise. It is usually operated by a focus puller but some camera operators prefer to pull their own focus.

The mechanism works through a set of gears on the follow focus that are attached to teeth on the focus ring of the lens. These gears feed to a wheel which, when turned by a focus puller, will spin the teeth and thus the ring on the lens.

2. 43x0.8mm pitch, diameter: approx.31mm (included)
3. 65x0.8mm pitch, diameter: approx.49mm ((not included)

FOTGA DP3000 Matte Box M3

Introduction

The FOTGA M3 matte box kit is designed for most of the DV cameras with wide angle lenses. It canalso works with standard 15mm rails, center-to-center rails distance 60mm.

Feature:
※ Swing-Away : Wide Angle Matte box has a Swing-Away Feature. You can easily swing-away the matte box without disturbing the camera from the tripod and rail system and mount the matte box again on the camera within a second. The knob on the top of the swing-away bracket helps you to swing the matte box from the setup.

※ 2 dual-purpose filter trays, support 4"x4" filter. One of the 2 filter trays is rotatable, which will be helpful when you use gradual ND filter.

※ French Flag/Side Flags : The flags provide extra flare reduction and improves the quality of videos. The side flags are quick removable. They can be attached /detached easily. The flags are attached firmly on the sunshade matte box by hinge mechanism. The side flags can be opened to the desired length by using the small knob provided on the flags.
