The coins in the menu are about Uncirculated to Brilliant Uncirculated, all with lustre. Please note from 1944 to 1946 the coins were darkened at the mint, ours have mint bloom but no lustre as you would expect. No Pennies were struck in the years 1941-42-43.

1937, 1938, 1939, 1940, 1944, 1945, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950 and 1951.
