Ordering Instructions

  1. From the drop-down menu at the top of the page, select "item Length". To know which measurement option to choose, look at your exact measurements (see measurement instructions below). If your exact measurement size lies between two of the sizes in the boxes, please select the next closest size up from your measurement to get a price for your blind.

    2. Example: exact measurement size is 174.2cm (1742mm), choose size 210cm 2100mm.

  2. Select Quantity option, and enter the number of slats needed.
  3. Select more options, and choose if you would like; Chain Bottom weights, Chainless bottom weights.
  4. Select your preferred colour (you can message us which style you would like after ordering).
  5. Once you have made your payment, please leave us a message in the "Message to seller" with the exact length size, in CM or MM, (we will only accept measurements in CM and MM), name of the style e.g., "Fiesta", or "Lahore" and contact number in case we need to call you to clarify any details.

PLEASE NOTE: If ordering for more than one window, please state the amount required for each length, and repeat all the above steps.

Please note: Occasionally, due to machine cutting, the finished product may have a tolerance of +/- 3mm.

Measuring Instructions

  1. Unclip one of the vertical blind slats from the head rail, and lay it flat onto a flat surface.
  2. Remove the bottom weight. To do this, just slide the weight out from the other side without opening the stitch or glue.
  3. Using a metal measuring tape, measure from the top of the slats to the bottom.

DO NOT MEASURE FROM THE PART WHERE THE HANGER IS STICKING OUT

DO NOT REMOVE THE STITCH OR OPEN THE GLUE WHEN MEASURING

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE

  • Please send the required size of your blinds within 48 hours after placing your order, to ensure they are made to measure before they are posted out.
  • Include your contact number so that we can call you in case we need to clarify your order details.
  • If we don't receive your measurements within 48 hours, we will make your blind at the maximum size ordered and with the default options.
  • If you purchase a smaller size range than the sizes you request making to, we will Cancel and Refund your order.
  • Please double-check all measurements before ordering. Your new blinds are made specifically to your measurements and we cannot exchange or replace blinds that are ordered in the incorrect size or colour.
  • Any mistakes made due to not checking the type of PVC blinds you may already have with the blinds we are selling will not be replaced or refunded. We are selling PVC fabric, not any other type of PVC blinds, if you are unsure please request a free sample before ordering.
  • Please note that we try our best to represent the fabric colour to its truest form via our listed pictures, however, these can show differently on different devices and we will not be responsible for colour variations between monitors, tablets, or mobile phones, hence why we recommend requesting free samples.
  • Minimum order of 10 Vanes. Any order below 10 vanes postage of £3.80 will need to be paid by the customer.
  • We will only refund if there are any manufacturing faults.

Please note: We are unable to exchange or refund blinds ordered in the incorrect size or color, as they are made to your specific measurements. Ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
