Glass has no scratches. There is very light haze and some minimal fungus crystals.  Not enough to noticeably impact the images.

Complete with Original box and caps.

Took some sample pics with the lens adapted to a Canon DSLR and they are fine.  I did miss focus by a little but you get the idea.
