RETURN POLICY READ BEFORE YOU BID

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Ebay standards allow 14 days to return this purchase. Please READ and follow the Return Policy without deviation

1. DO NOT REMOVE, DESTROY OR CUT ANY TAGS, REGISTRATION, CARE, BROCHURES CARDS OR THE RETURN LABEL ATTACHED TO THE ITEM. THE RETURN WILL BE VOID IF ANY OF THESE IS MISSING, REMOVED OR CUT. There is a 20% restocking fee to cover cost of true physical time/administrative costs.

2. Email within (1 day) 24 hours after receiving your item to initiate a return. I will email a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Write this number in large print ANYWHERE VISIBLE on the BACKSIDE of the box /package and INCLUDE the date you RECEIVED notification of the RA#. The box will be REFUSED AND RETURN BACK TO YOU if this RA# and date is not written and visible.

3. Buyer pays for the return shipping, there are no exceptions and non refundable

4. Package must be shipped EXACTLY THE SAME METHOD, This means if it was shipped Priority then ship it back priority. If item included insurance, item must be shipped back with insurance.

5. Item must be postmarked within 48 hours after you received the RA# from the seller. This package must be returned back to Bagofaloha within 14 DAYS.

6. Return item in the EXACT manner, unused, tags still on, labels, registration or care cards. Do not remove/cut tags or return label tag attached.

7. Seller has 3 days of receiving the package to inspect, verify and process the return.

8. There is a 20% restocking fee.  Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges and is not refundable.
