Your Order will dispatch within 1 to 4 days working days after payment received. (Monday to Friday and not including public holiday)

Normally it will take 4 to 7 business days to receive after shipment using DHL Express Shipping

Your item will be packing properly to avoid any damage

The item will be ship with tracking number- Dhl Express Shipping

Proof of shipment will be kept for future reference

If your item not arrived within the time frame, please contact us via ebay message.

Custom duties and tax

Please note that the custom duties and tax are not included in the product price and shipping. All the custom tax and duty, if any – or by your country will be borne by the buyer and payable at the destination

Return or Refund

If you wish to return your item for any other reason apart from damaged on delivery or wrong item sent, please send the item back to us with the original unused and unopened packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once the item reaches us and inspected, we will arrange a refund to you.
