You get bellows as pictured. Please note that this item might be incomplete. So look at the pictures what accessories are included. . You get bellows , two 2" rods ( I think that 4" rods are missing) , and 5  screws. Lens cap and B60 (for Hasselblad) adapter ring.  So please look at the pictures.
