This 3 PLY BLACKOUT Fabric is drapery
material composed of 3 layers of fabrics, 1 black colored fabric is in
between 2 white polycotton fabrics that is used as drapery lining. With
the addition of this fabric in your drapes, it will completely blocks
the sunlight from entering into your house and it will reduce the noise
from the outside environment.
