Return policy

Under our returns policy we are happy to exchange or refund most items within 30 days of purchase. This applies to online orders returned to our online team. All items must be returned in the same condition as when you purchased them. We do refund if item it's not described properly, damage or any other mistake in the listing. 

But if you changed your mind or doesn't fit, then you should pay for both postage costs and refund within 14 days of purchase. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Our dedicated customer service team operates from 9.30 am 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and we will respond to your request within 2 working days.

Delivery/ payments

We are able to combine postage&ship internationally but please contact us for a quote before bidding.

We ask that payment is made within 48 hours of the auction ending via PayPal.

We will dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving payment via your chosen dispatch method.

Please contact us prior to payment if you wish to collect your item in person. Please note collection should be arranged within 7 days of the auction ending.
