The Cog / Sprocket Works with New 3 Prong Coaster Brake Hubs, The Cog also works 3 Prong multi speed hubs like Vintage Sturmey Archer 3 speed and New Shimano 3 speed Nexus Hubs. The 3 prong sprocket DOESNOT work with Vintage Bendix hubs even though it looks like is should. Food for thought: 14T and 16T are usually used on 20" Stingray Size Bikes. 18T and 9 Skiptooth are the same size and usually used with 44 tooth 46 tooth or 22 Skiptooth or 23 Skiptooth Chainrings. 20T and 10 Skiptooth are the same size and also used with 44 tooth 46 tooth or 22 Skiptooth or 23 Skiptooth Chainrings but the Pedaling is much Easier at slow speeds, Easier start out. 22T and 11 Skiptooth are the same size and commonly used with 52 tooth or 26 Skiptooth Chainrings. I offer this as a mere reference, you may run what ever you like, keep in mind changing the cog size from what you already have may require removal or addition of links to your chain.

The KT Trim Kit for KT and Hi-Stop hubs, comes with a sprocket lock spring ring, a pair of 3/8" 24tpi axle nuts, a coaster brake strap with nut and bolt, and dust ring. This Kit is an industry standard and every thing new I am aware of should work. So New Coaster Brake wheels, Like Cruiser, Lowrider, Stingray Style bikes, BMX you should be all good.
