Please note - you will receive the Pull bow folded for ease of postage. They are really easy to make up. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Find the 2 thin ribbons attached to the larger ribbon
2. Pull these two ribbons at the same time towards you whilst pushing the larger ribbon away from you to reveal a beautiful bow.
3. Tie a knot on the two small ribbons once the bow is fully formed to keep in place.
4. You can now attach the bow to your gift.

Most of our items are dispatched via DPD, Royal Mail or ParcelForce the NEXT day if ordered before 1pm(i.e. ordered Monday before 1pm, dispatched Tuesday)
Full tracking is available to your door on most items.

We strive to get all items sent to you as quickly as possibly as we know some orders can be time precious. Delivery time slots will be allocated by the courier and you will be informed of this via your mobile phone number or email address that you have provided whilst placing the order. A time slot will be given to make it easier for you to be able to accept your order.
Order before 1pm on any working day and we will dispatch most orders the next working day(e.g. order Monday by 1pm, dispatched Tuesday).

We allow returns of our standard items within 30 days of delivery to you.
If an item is faulty or not as described then we will accept the return and also pay for the postage costs. If you have changed your mind (don't worry we all do!), you can send your item back but we ask that you do so using a secure and tracked delivery service. We will refund you the cost of the item excluding the delivery cost as soon as we receive the item back in its original condition.
When sending an item back to us, please include your full name and address and contact us prior to returning the item.
