This is an antique combination pocket tool which has a pipe tamper at one end and a wax seal matrix at the other end and if you unscrew it there is a chamber for needles or tooth picks made from brass.
It has a standard crisscross pattern on the matrix, no initials etc.

In collectable condition with normal signs of age and use wear. No damage from what I can see.

It measures approx. 58mm long and the matrix measures approx. 14mm in diameter.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter.
