This lens comes with front cap only, and T2 to Sony E mount adapter. Please look at the pictures above. Lens takes 34mm rear filters. It has one 4X ND (f11) filter installed. If you were to remove 4X ND filter it will become f5.6 lens. You can get more 34mm ND filters if you need to slow lens down.

Cosmetic Condition:

Lens has been used, but it looks O.K. It shows light wear on the lens barrel from use.  

Front or rear Glass has no visible scratches.  It has no haze inside. It has no visible dust particles inside the glass elements. But I see some separation in the rear element. Separation is around the edges, so it does not affect image quality. 

Lens Performance:

Manual focus is smooth, without any play.   Filter rim accept filters.
