Measuring approx. 42" end to end including hardware.  2" wide at the front

decorate.  Three long velcro strips marked s/m/l.  If small it wrap around 

and the back lays at the front.  Silky or silk thread wrapped braiding.  

Vintage condition.  Without issues but a minor mend on and cord.
