This is an very attractive and festive old Asian antique  divine silk runner "Kogin" darning-stitch hand embroidery on silk  developing the beautiful flowers baskets on each corner   . Work is competed with  scalloped festooned hem.   All work is hand done and designs are outstandingly, Japan revival work from 16C that originated in Aomori ,Honshu.   Small  runner or placemat  is measures 17" x 11 " .Mint antique  condition no issues .
