Once you have ordered based on the up to sizes, if you could then confirm with us the actual size, so we could then make and ship.
To Measure
To Measure replacement slats, just simply lay the existing
slat flat, and measure the length of the fabric (See picture in Gallery), then
just double check that the width is 89mm
If you don't have exiting slats to measure and wanted advice
on how to best work out the measurement, just let us know and we will help.
If you were needing the complete kit (including new head
rail, then speak to us, as we could help)
These are manufactured in our very own factory here In West
Yorkshire.
Returns and Deliveries
If there is an issue with the blinds, just get in touch as
we will do our best to sort it out for you.
Bare in mind, these blinds are custom made for your
size windows and can not be returned because of a change of heart.
Made to measure products are exempt from Distance Selling
Regulations, as outlined by Trading Standards and UK Law.
Though if there is an error, caused by ourselves then we
would look to rectify it for you.
We look to dispatch within 2 working days on a 48 hour
service for you.
