This auction is for a Poliwhirl German Base Set 1st Edition Pokemon Card 38/102. The card is in near mint condition. I attached multiple photos of the cards to best show the condition. I do not grade cards nor am I an “expert” so I will not say a card is perfect mint even if it may be. Please note that I recently purchased a large Pokémon card collection.
