It is a double-sided black non-transparent pad from the reputable SAINT GOBAIN brand, firmly sticking this plate to the glass.

Installation instructions:                                                                                            

The assembly is quite difficult, you need to be patient and precise while working. The main problem is to stick the tile in such a way that the whole thing looks aesthetically. 

The point is not to close the air bubbles under the glass.

1. Detach the camera from the plate if possible.                                                                                       

2. Measure original camera placement.                                                                                                      

3. On the outside of the new glass, mark the place where the new washer will be attached with a marker pen.                                                                                                                                                             

4. Now cut the camera plate from the glass.                                                                                               

5. Clean the plate from the remains of the old pad, a good method of cleaning is to press hard with your thumb on the remains of the old pad to roll it up.                                                                                                 

6. Degrease the glass and the camera plate.                                                                                                                     

7. Remove one protective tape from the new washer (it doesn't matter which one).                                                                       

8. Put the washer ON THE WINDOW FIRST in the place you have marked earlier and, observing what happens, press the pad so as to remove the air bubbles.                                     

9. Then tear off the second protective tape, put the camera plate on it and press it.                              

10. Assemble everything and you're done.

The adhesive strength of the pad increases with time. It reaches full strength after about one month. Immediately after sticking, it is even possible to gently tear off and correct the gluing point without damaging the pad. After a few hours it is no longer possible.
