Dosage
1 portion (50 g - 90 units = 3 scoops or 5 flat tablespoons) dissolve in 100 ml of water and drink for 30 minutes. before and immediately after training. Depending on the sport and the intensity of the effort, it is recommended to use 2 to 4 daily portions.
