once again descends upon the Empire of Rokugan. The Dragon Clan,
denied their destiny of Enlightenment, march against the Crane, who
they decry as nothing more than charlatans. The Lion answer the call
of their Crane allies and rush to their aid, eager to prove
themselves following their recent defeat at the hands of the
Unicorn.
The
Scorpion strike a dark bargain with the Lost, accepting not only an
ambassador but also the Porcelain Mask of Fu Leng as a tribute. The
Crab view this cooperation as a dangerous act of compromise, and
previously strained relations between the two clans reach the
breaking point.
