① Put the mochi in a hopper while it is still hot.
② Turn the handle and adjust the size of the rice cake by the number of turns of the handle.
③ When the rice cake comes out of the nozzle to your desired size, stop the handle and cut it with a knife.
④ Shape the cut rice cakes into balls and serve.
Up to 3 sho of rice cake can be cut at a time!
