Here we have an attractive specimen of some sharply formed calcite crystals along with some adamite crystals on an iron gossan matrix. The calcite crystals are a gemmy to translucent white (colorless) and are well-formed and sharp and are also lustrous. The adamite crystals are well-formed and sharp and have a gemmy to translucent yellowish-green color and have a bright glassy luster. The adamite crystals will fluoresce a green color with SHORT wave ultraviolet light (see photo).
