This is an unplayed, new ELTON JOHN 7 inch SPAIN PROMO-ONLY single

 showcasing the song You Gotta Love Someone, with Medicine Man on the B-side.

It was issued in Spain in 1990 in a very limited Promotional edition only. Printed on the record label are the words "Disco Promocional Prohibida su venta."  This unique item was never available to the public, nor sold in stores. The record (never played) is new, in mint condition.  The special Promo-only sleeve is also mint condition.
