All bevel clusters are inspected for completeness before being shipped.  When you receive your bevel cluster, please check them immediately.  If there is a piece missing, it is most likely in the box.  If you cannot find it in the box, please do not use the cluster then request parts.  We are not manufacturers of clusters and have no parts.  If a piece is missing, you will need to contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item to return for a refund.  Otherwise refunds are not accepted.  Sorry, but there are too many buyers abusing the ebay return policy and we either have to draw the line somewhere, or stop selling on ebay.
